Do You Qualify?
Residents must meet the following requirements to qualify for an apartment at The Cambridge. The application process at The Cambridge consists of 2 parts, which must be met before the approval process can begin:
1. Resident Screening Application
Begin the application process, which includes a credit and landlord reference check. Please note, an application fee of $40 per person, and deposit, will be due during this step.
2. Housing Eligibility Application (HEA)
Resident’s income is verified to determine eligibility for rent restricted units. The Applicant’s HEA is completed to ensure that the total household income does not exceed the maximum allowable gross income for household size and sources of income are sufficient to afford rent. All sources and amounts of current and anticipated annual gross income expected to be derived during the twelve months after move-in must be collected, verified, and reviewed by our Compliance Department to certify eligibility with the program.
Income qualification depends on the number of people in the home.
